Horary Astrology

Horary astrology is a system of setting up a chart for the time a question is asked. The chart will then answer the question. The theory behind horary is that a question or desire to know the answer to a problem comes to mind strongly and clearly only when there is an answer to be had. This is the only time it should be asked and the only time it will be answered clearly. Never ask the same question more than once for the same situation.

Use the time that the question seriously enters your mind, or was seriously asked aloud or written out, whether you have asked it or someone else asks and wants you to set up a horary chart for them. Use the date, time zone, time and place of the asker, when he or she first seriously desired to know an answer. If they don’t remember, use the time and date they asked the question of you. Translate it to their time, date, and locality. For example, if you are in California and receive a letter from New York asking you to set a horary for a question, but there is no time and date indicating when the question was asked, use the time and date you read the question, translated form PST or PDT to EST or EDT. Use the longitude and latitude of the asker and the date you read the letter.
